VAYUBEX™ provides travel and tourism related services including domestic and international holiday packages, flight and hotel assistance, visa assistance, travel insurance assistance, airport transfers, sightseeing, customized tours, group travel, corporate travel assistance and digital travel documents through its Website and other authorized channels. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website and services. By accessing our Website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a service, making a booking or purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
By accessing or using the VAYUBEX™ Website, submitting an enquiry, booking a travel service, making a payment or purchasing a digital product, you agree to comply with these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.
Customers must provide accurate and genuine information when using VAYUBEX™ services and must have the legal capacity required to enter into applicable transactions or agreements under Indian law.
VAYUBEX™ reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Any updated Terms will become effective when published on the Website. Continued use of the Website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
VAYUBEX™ provides travel-related assistance including domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, customized tours, visa assistance, travel insurance assistance, airport transfers, sightseeing, tourist transportation, group tours, corporate travel assistance and Travel Documents Store services. All travel services are subject to availability and applicable supplier conditions.
An enquiry submitted through the VAYUBEX™ Website does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking. Our team may contact the customer to discuss availability, pricing, travel requirements and other relevant details.
A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the applicable payment and other required formalities have been completed and confirmation, booking reference, invoice or voucher has been issued by VAYUBEX™ and/or the relevant service provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including traveller names, passport details, contact information, travel dates, destinations and other information required for the requested service. VAYUBEX™ shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information supplied by the customer.
Changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to availability, supplier rules and additional charges. Airline, hotel, tour operator and other supplier policies may restrict name changes, date changes, route changes or other amendments.
Prices displayed on the Website may be subject to availability and may change before final confirmation. The final applicable price and inclusions will be communicated through the relevant quotation, booking confirmation or invoice.
Flights, hotel rooms, holiday packages, transfers, sightseeing activities and other travel services are subject to availability. Submission of an enquiry or selection of a service on the Website does not guarantee availability until confirmed.
In case of an obvious technical, pricing or content error, VAYUBEX™ reserves the right to review and correct the error before final confirmation.
Payments may be made through the payment methods and authorized payment gateways made available by VAYUBEX™.
A payment shall be considered successfully received only after confirmation from the applicable payment gateway, bank or VAYUBEX™ system.
VAYUBEX™ shall not be responsible for payment failures resulting from insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, banking issues, payment gateway failures, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Transaction and payment-related information may be retained for accounting, customer support, verification, security and applicable legal purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
VAYUBEX™ may offer domestic and international holiday packages containing combinations of flights, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing, meals, activities and other services as specifically mentioned in the applicable package details or quotation.
Only services specifically mentioned as included in the applicable package or confirmed quotation shall be considered part of the package. Any additional services requested by the customer may be chargeable separately.
Travel itineraries may be modified where reasonably necessary due to weather conditions, supplier availability, operational requirements, government restrictions, local conditions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Flight bookings are subject to the applicable airline’s fare rules, baggage conditions, cancellation policies and other terms. Flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances and seat availability may change according to the airline.
Hotel bookings are subject to room availability and the applicable hotel’s terms and conditions. Hotel photographs and descriptions displayed on the Website may be illustrative, and actual room types, facilities or services shall be determined by the confirmed booking.
Airline, hotel and other supplier terms may apply in addition to these Terms.
VAYUBEX™ may provide visa-related assistance including documentation guidance, application support, form-filling assistance and other related services depending on the destination and service selected.
VAYUBEX™ does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision regarding visa issuance, refusal, validity, duration and conditions rests solely with the concerned embassy, consulate, immigration authority or government department.
Customers must provide genuine, accurate and complete information and documents. VAYUBEX™ shall not be responsible for refusal, rejection or delay resulting from inaccurate information, incomplete documentation or decisions of the relevant authorities.
Embassy, consulate, biometric, visa-centre, government, courier and other official charges may be payable separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
VAYUBEX™ may provide digital travel-related products including Day-by-Day Travel Itineraries, Visa Cover Letters, Visa Application Form Filling Guides, Visitor Visa Invitation & Sponsorship Templates, Affidavit Templates, Rental Agreement Templates and other travel-related documents.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, documents available through the Travel Documents Store are sample templates provided for general guidance, personal customization and reference purposes and are not official government, embassy, immigration, court or other authority forms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and customizing purchased documents with their own genuine and accurate information. VAYUBEX™ does not guarantee that any template will be accepted by an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, court, notary, government department or other organization.
VAYUBEX™ may require email and/or mobile OTP verification before customers can submit certain enquiries, download checklists or access certain services. OTPs may have an expiry period and limits on verification attempts.
Paid digital products may require both successful payment and OTP verification before download access is provided.
Customers must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit VAYUBEX™ digital products without prior written authorization.
Cancellation and refund conditions for flights, hotels, holiday packages, transfers, sightseeing and other travel services shall depend upon the applicable supplier’s policies and the VAYUBEX™ Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Visa assistance or service fees may become non-refundable once the agreed service or processing work has commenced, subject to the applicable service terms.
Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed will generally not be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to applicable law and the VAYUBEX™ Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing genuine information and valid documents, checking passport validity and applicable travel requirements, obtaining necessary visas and permits, reviewing booking information before confirmation, making payments within applicable deadlines and complying with airline, hotel, immigration, government and supplier requirements.
Customers are also responsible for arriving at airports, hotels and designated meeting points within the required time and for informing VAYUBEX™ about relevant changes to their travel or personal information.
VAYUBEX™ may facilitate or coordinate services provided by independent third parties including airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, activity providers, insurance providers, payment gateways, visa centres and other travel suppliers.
Such third-party providers may have their own terms, conditions, cancellation policies and service limitations, which may apply to the relevant service.
Where VAYUBEX™ provides travel insurance assistance, the actual insurance policy shall be governed by the terms, conditions, exclusions and coverage of the relevant insurance provider. Customers should carefully review the policy before purchase. Insurance claims are subject to the insurer’s applicable policy and claim procedures.
Customer information collected through the VAYUBEX™ Website and services shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be processed for enquiries, bookings, visa assistance, OTP verification, payments, document delivery, customer support, security and other legitimate service purposes.
The VAYUBEX™ name, logo, branding, website design, text, graphics, images, digital documents and other original content available on the Website are owned by or licensed to VAYUBEX™ unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, resale, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
VAYUBEX™ makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and updated information on the Website. However, prices, availability, schedules, hotel facilities, travel requirements and supplier conditions may change. Images may be illustrative and may not always represent the exact service, room, vehicle or activity ultimately provided.
VAYUBEX™ reserves the right to suspend, restrict or cancel services, transactions or account access where fraudulent transactions, false information, forged documents, unauthorized access, payment misuse, OTP abuse, unauthorized distribution of digital products or other unlawful activity is suspected.
VAYUBEX™ shall not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil unrest, pandemics, transportation disruptions, technical failures, airline or supplier operational disruptions or other extraordinary circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VAYUBEX™ shall not be responsible for losses or disruptions arising from matters outside its reasonable control, including decisions of government authorities, airlines, hotels, suppliers or other independent service providers, or from inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent information supplied by customers.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
VAYUBEX™ may modify, suspend or discontinue any Website feature, service or digital product where reasonably necessary. VAYUBEX™ may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable update date.
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or VAYUBEX™ services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.
